I received the administrator's username and password, but the system does not let me into the application. What's happening?

To log in to the app, you need a user account. The administrator account works only in the administrative panel, you cannot log in to the application with it.

If you are trying to enter the admin panel and you are not allowed, then make sure that you are entering the admin panel, and not the web application. If the username and password are not suitable, then contact the support service.
