Fill in the Name in the text fields (max. 80 characters), a description, select a pre-created category, add Tags and a cover of the training program. You can also specify the date of publication of the program and whether the program will be mandatory for passing.
The Description field supports the ability to insert links.
Links are added by clicking on the paper clip in the right corner of the text field.
By clicking on the button, a window opens:
Next, click on the arrow in the "Link type" field.
The links are divided into:
1. External - to any external source. For example, a link to a YouTube video.
In the link type, specify "External link".
"Insert an external link" - copy the link to the source in the address bar and paste it into our field.
Specify the "Link name". The text that will be clickable.
2.Internal - based on the material from the application. For example, for an introductory training program for beginners.
To do this, select the section in which the material for the link is located.
In the "Name of the material" field, we search and select it by name or id.

Important: when you link to external or internal materials, you need to take into account that users have the same access in the material in which they posted the link and in the material to which the link leads.

The check mark This program is mandatory - indicates that it is mandatory to complete the program. Such training programs are marked in the application with a special label.
Tags are keywords by which the program will be displayed in the search. Enter the keyword and press the "Enter" button on the keyboard, or click the mouse outside the active field. When entering a tag, a search is performed for existing tags. You can select the desired tag.
Note: Tags are case-insensitive and can contain no more than 30 characters. One tag can be added to a specific program only once. Tags exist in the system as long as they are linked to at least one program. After untying the tag from the last program, this tag is deleted.
The Send after completion check box indicates whether the certificate will be sent to the user after successful completion of the program.
The drop-down list makes it possible to get a certificate "For a period" - up to a period determined by the administrator.
If there is no such need and it is indefinite, then specify the "No time limit" settings.
If there is a check mark "Display the validity period of the certificate" :
1) The deadline is set - it will be displayed on the received certificate.
2) Set to "No expiration date" - the validity period on the certificate will be displayed "Indefinitely".
The check mark "Allow passage in any sequence" (not set by default) – allows you to view the materials of this program in any sequence.
Any value of this setting does not affect the "Allow the passage of materials in any order" setting in the user card.
This function distinguishes between the concepts of “Obligation“ and "The order of viewing materials.
” I.e., when the statistics function is turned on, everything will also be considered (by mandatory, if such are marked), but materials can be studied in any order. If there is a video among the materials, it will need to be viewed in full (without rewinding), since the material is mandatory.
If the checkbox is enabled, two more default checkboxes are displayed:
"Users can leave a comment on the assessment" - there will be an opportunity to comment on their assessment in the application,
"Users can view the ratings of other users" - the ability to view the ratings of this program by other users.
You can also watch other users' comments.
This functionality can be used as a forum.
The user will be able to leave an assessment for the program only after passing it
The status toggle in the program header "Hidden" or "Active" shows the availability of the training program in the platform - whether it is visible to the user or not.
Note: The toggle switch is activated after filling in the entire program.
After filling in the program settings, click Save changes and proceed to the next stage of filling in the program content.
