IDP - what is it?

The "Individual Development Plan" (IDP) module is a tool that, based on the assessment of employees' skills and competencies, allows for the following:

  • Planning training and development activities in the form of goals;

  • Coordinating and budgeting for company training, including mandatory training;

  • Working with educational and developmental events, as well as monitor their execution;

  • Analyzing the company's training results for the reporting period;

  • Making personnel decisions about career advancement or filling a position from the reserve

The tool covers the need to automate the designated processes and reduce the load on the training department.

  • Setting goal achievement statuses manually and automatically (for training programs and activities added from CleverLMS).

  • Generation of standard reports (by goals, by content, by IDP statuses).
