The Skill Tree

In this section, the administrator works with a list of skills grouped into "folders": competencies and clusters of competencies.

Names and descriptions for both skills and "folders" are set there. You can build structures with a different number of levels in the hierarchy. Skills are entered manually or imported from a file


Who will benefit from it:

For administrators responsible for staff development and training: an up-to-date set of skills and competencies is now supported without the need to attract Support.



Go to the "Skill Tree" section. All relevant skills are grouped into "folders", which are competencies or clusters of competencies.

To add a new skill, you need to enter the names and fill in the description, and then select which "folder" the skill belongs to. The "folders" themselves are created and edited according to a similar principle.

If a skill has lost its relevance, then it can always be archived. In this case, it will not be possible to select it when creating a new goal (but in already created goals it will remain marked accordingly).

To import a skill file, fill it out according to the template and upload it to the system.

* If you need to rename, for example, a "cluster of competencies" to a "group of competencies", write to Support and we will do it promptly.
