IDP: Summing up the results

Last update: 20.10.2025

This section allows you to edit the survey used to assess goal achievement and manage an unlimited number of surveys based on the overall IDP.
The administrator can customize the summary and goal evaluation forms.

The linked articles describe how to launch summary and goal evaluation in the user version.

Who will benefit from:

For those managing the development plan review process. Surveys can be used not only to evaluate annual results but also for midterm meetings, feedback gathering, and standard procedures (e.g., assessing employee potential or assessing their alignment with company values).

What you need to do:

To use this feature, find the "Summary" section in the admin panel . In this section, you'll see a list of existing sample surveys. You can use these as a basis for your own surveys, or deactivate them and create new ones.

Please note that only one survey form is available for the goals assessment process . There is no limit on the number of forms available for the summarizing process.

When you open an existing survey or create a new one, you'll have two tabs to work with: "Basic Settings" and "Questions."

In "Basic Settings" you can do the following:

  1. Specify the name of the survey;
  2. Select its type (whether it is intended for summarizing the results of the IDP or for assessing goals);
  3. Fill in the description (to help those users who select a survey to launch from the list);
  4. Provide a hint (more detailed instructions for those who are already filling out the survey);
  5. Set the display options for the results: whether to show the scores for the survey, whether to show interpretations, whether comments are available, and (for the summarizing process) whether the results are published immediately or after all raters have participated.

Results interpretations (if enabled) are separately defined in "Basic Settings": which score range corresponds to which description and which color. In the current implementation, this interpretation is only displayed within the employee's IDP.

In the "Questions" tab , you can manage the questions that will be included in the survey. You can add the question's wording and answer options. Each answer option can be assigned a different score (which will later be averaged when calculating the overall survey score).

You can separately specify whether the question (regardless of the answer option chosen by the evaluator) will be included in the calculation of the overall result.
